Ms. Nanis is a senior executive with 20 years of experience helping organizations drive corporate performance. With strong emphasis on applying both vision and execution, she has helped organizations achieve their business objectives.
Prior to launching Operational Alignment Resources (O.A.R.), Ms. Nanis held positions as COO, CFO, and Controller in companies within a variety of industries including biotech, property management, real estate, manufacturing, construction, and non-profit. In all instances, she was responsible for implementing business strategies across the organization to maximize operational performance and productivity of employees and business units. |

Her experience ranges from startups to multinational firms with revenues up to $350 million and 40+ locations - often times being hired as company executive after providing interim leadership support.
Ms. Nanis holds a Master of Science in Finance from Bentley University in Waltham, MA and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Salem State University. She also trained in the area of Balanced Scorecards by The Palladium Group.
